GCG Trade sells and rent differen Scaffolding from al german producers like, Hünnebeck, Plettac, Layher, RUX and others.
Modern Scaffold is a high-quality and technical complicated galvanized construction, useable for many years.
If necessary you can repair Scaffold, increasing their work life.
You can devide Scaffold in two types:
- For first Group is the tubular Scaffold
- and for second Group is the modular Scaffold.
Each group is to use in different types of construction being quicker, safetier and reduces the costs.
Frame Scaffold
Framework stands cover the entire range for work of the facade construction and/or the front renovation. Of the width exist 2 types of framework stands:
- Narrower Tubular Scaffold
0,65m or 0,70m width.
General used plastering-, painting and Heat insulation works.
Charging capacity, aprox.. 200kg/m (2kN/m).
- Wider Tubular Scaffold
1,00m or 1,10m width.
used principally in Masonry work
Charging capacity. 300kg/m (3kN/m).
In this kind of Scaffolding, charging capacities until 600kg/m are not rarity.
You can get different field lengths,
like:. 0,74m; 1,10m; 1,50m; 2,00m; 2,50m; 3,00m und 4,00m, depending from the necessities of the constructor (between the different producer can be little differences).
Modern framework stands are very fast and flexible with installation and development and by connectable system components, e.g. consoles, nets, tarpaulins, a roofer catch protection or a steel cartridge roof simply adaptable to each front configuration.
