Formwork Inf

GCG Trade sells and rents different producers Formwork, like Hünnebeck, Doka, PERI, Paschal and others. The modern Formwork is a complicated and high-quality construction, that can be used for many years. Otherwise you can repair it and/or change the plywood increasing the duration of the panels.

There is no construction that can’t be formed.
We want to show some systems according to the application:

Wall Formwork/Slab Formwork

The difference between the different producers is the size of the frame of the elements, that are previewed for the different types of construction.

We can divide it into 3 categories:

1. Light Wall formwork

2. Medium Wall Formwork

The elements of Wall formwork are not only of steel, they are also of aluminium,
all of the named systems can be used under special conditions as circular Formwork or column Formwork

Beam Formwork

Beam Formwork or  large panels Formwork are for specific used optimised.

Some Systems:

• TOP 50 and FF 20 of Doka
• GF 24 and ES 24 of Hünnebeck
• GT 24 and FTF of PERI
• etc.

Slab Formwork

Slab Formwork has for the final user advantages, that their elements like:

• tripods / jacks
• 4 way heads / Cross heads
• jack heads / hanging supports and
• Props

are compatible between the different producers.

The props are classified  20 kN Props (light props) and 30kN props (heavy props). This props are galvanized and have telescopic Extension .

Also there is  compatibility for Beams and 3 Ply Plywood , because they are produced with the same DIN-Norms.

They are 2 Timber Beams types:

1. Light Beams
   like H 20 or VT Beams
   
   
2. Heavy Beams
   like R- or Girder beams.

Slab Formwork with Beams systems:

• Hünnebeck - VARIOMAX
• Doka - Dokaflex
• PERI - Multiplex
• Paschal - Paschal Deck
• etc.

Several Producers make not only Slab Formwork with wood beams, also they produce the slab Formwork with aluminium panels. This solution has both advantages and some disadvantages compared with by wood beams of built ceiling boarding.

This Formwork is used when moveable props are too short or too weakly. The German producer produce not only high quality Formwork, they produce also Formork applicable in many fields.
